2. Event Registrations & Payments
Registration Holds: Spot availability in events (e.g., The Pickleball Social) is on a first-come, first-served basis. Your registration is only confirmed once full payment is processed.
Pricing: All prices listed are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Skill Level Accuracy: Participants are responsible for providing accurate information about their playing experience and skill level during registration. Organizers may adjust player placement, divisions, or matchups where necessary to create balanced and enjoyable play.
3. Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers
All Sales Final: All event registration fees (including The Pickleball Social) are final and non-refundable upon purchase.
Weather Policy & No Weather Refunds: This is an outdoor tournament/event. Weather may impact games. Refunds will not be issued for any delays or cancellations due to weather. Every effort will be made to complete all games if weather is a factor, including potential modifications to game formats.
Event & Bracket Adjustments: The Pickleball Social organizers possess the right to combine events based on either skill or age to provide the best overall playing experience, given the circumstances.
Participant Spot Transfers: While registration fees are non-refundable, you are welcome to transfer your spot to another player. To transfer your registration, you must notify the Event Coordinator via email at least 72 hours prior to the event start time with the replacement player's full name, email address, and skill level.
